At BUBS Naturals, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, apply the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
